We sell handmade wooden homewares. Due to the natural materials and handcrafted processes we use, products may vary slightly in grain, tone, size, or finish. These variations are not considered defects.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice.

4. Ordering

To place an order:

  • Select your item(s) and add them to your basket
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete checkout
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion.

5. Payment

We accept payments via Stripe.
Prices include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver across the UK using reputable couriers.

  • Estimated lead time will be stated on each product page
  • We will contact you if there is any delay beyond the expected time frame

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

7. Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel or return your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason

Returns:

  • Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and suitably packaged
  • Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
  • We may request photos of the issue to assess
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate
