Coedlan Wood is not responsible for customs or taxes applied to orders outside the UK. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, weather, or other factors. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Coedlan Wood is not responsible for items lost by the postal service, but we’ll assist wherever possible.
